1. Copyright Ownership:

All images and photographs available on this website (the "Images") are the exclusive property of Glintof ("Photographer"). The Images are protected by international copyright laws and treaties. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Photographer.

2. Use Restriction:

All use of the Images, whether commercial or non-commercial, is strictly prohibited without obtaining written permission from the Photographer. This includes but is not limited to personal, educational, or non-profit activities. To request a license for any use of the Images, including both commercial and non-commercial purposes, please use the form provided.

3. Attribution:

When using the Images, you agree to provide proper attribution to the Photographer by including the following credit line: "Glintof / https://glintof.com" The credit line should be placed adjacent to the Image or in a location that is reasonably associated with the Image. If the platform or medium does not allow for text-based attribution, you must include the credit line in the metadata of the Image or provide an equivalent method of attribution.

4. Modification and Derivative Works:

You are prohibited from modifying, altering, or creating derivative works based on the Images, unless expressly permitted in writing by the Photographer.

5. Unauthorized Use:

You may not use the Images in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes upon the rights of third parties, or is defamatory, obscene, or offensive. Any unauthorized use of the Images is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty:

The Images are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. The Photographer makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Images.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Photographer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Images.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively heard in the courts of the United Kingdom.

By accessing or using the Images, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must refrain from accessing or using the Images.
